Q: What time is the trek
start?
A: As early as possible. The weather and sunrise
will be around 06.15, you should start your trek at 07
or 08 Am.
Q: What time is the pick up time if I stay in
Senggigi or Mataram area?
A: Pick up point at your hotel's lobby is at
05:00AM, we can pick you anywhere in Senggigi or Mataram
and also bangsal, We dont pick up in Kuta Lombok or
Lembar harbor.
Q: Where can I leave my extra luggage during the trek
programme?
A: You can leave your belonging at your hotels in
Senggigi, Also you can leave them at our office in
Senggigi or in Our base in Senaru.
Q: I am coming from Singapore by Silk Air, arrival
time is late, which program should I take as I need
1 night accommodation before I started the trek?
A: You can take the our Asian/Singaporean/Malaysian
Package, it's more economical for you.
Q: How many guide and porter prepared for each
program?
A: We provide 01 trekking guide for every 05 trekker
and 01 trekker 01 porter. They only carry trekking
equipments, foods and water and they dont take your
personal belonging, if you need extra porter to carry
your stuff, you have to pay Rp. 100.000/person/day.

Q: Are we traveling in a big group sharing or
individual group?
A: Upon request, You can have your own individual
trek or join in group if you traveling alone to make it
cheaper, individual trek is minimum 02 participant.
Q: Do the guide and porters speaks English?
A: Yes, all our trekking guides and porters speak
english,
Q: When is the peak season of the climb and when is
the time when it is not possible to do the trek?
A: Peak Season of the climbing is June, July and
August. The lowest season is mid-November and December,
Since last year, Rinjani National Park will be closed
due to raining season in Late December to Late March. No
trekking activities on National Park.
